Electric hydraulic brake working principle
1Brake: When the excitation coil of the brake is switched to the rated voltage (DC), the electromagnetic force sucks the armature to disengage (release) the armature from the brake disc. At this time, the drive shaft runs normally or starts with the brake disc, when the drive system When the power is disconnected or de-energized, the brake is also de-energized. At this time, the spring exerts pressure on the armature, forcing a frictional torque between the brake disc and the armature and the flange, which causes the drive shaft to quickly stop rotating.
2 Hydraulic brake: At present, more rear-mounted cylinders are used. When the elevator is started, the hydraulic station outputs the pressure oil to open the brake and the hoist starts to work. When the brakes are activated, the hydraulic station raises or lowers the pressure according to the operating conditions. The brakes will provide the opposite braking force. In the event of an accident, the hydraulic station pressure will return to the residual pressure and the brake will stop the elevator in the shortest time with the maximum braking force.
